Located in the Santa Clarita Valley north of Los Angeles, The Ranch at Fair Oaks is a community of single-family homes in a family friendly area with schools that consistently rank in the top 10% in California. Still building, the community will eventually include 1500 homes and is easily accessible off Highway 14 on the Via Princessa off ramp.
